Who Leads What.
She Leads AI runs two complementary structures. The AI Academy is the educational track — cohort-based, program-fee programs. Member Advancement is the ongoing spine — it runs all the time, is free to Society members, and is the constant that every Academy program connects back to. Anne Murphy holds the overall architecture and is the throughline across both.
Anne holds the architecture. She is present across every program — co-leading CAE, ACA, and Member Advancement, and sole lead on the CAIO Qualification Program. No program launches without her. No progression spine gets built without her sign-off.
Michelle leads the AI Academy — the educational spine of the organization. She manages cohorts, curriculum, certifications, and the progression from CAE through advanced tracks. She co-leads CAE with Anne and holds the Academy infrastructure end-to-end.
Pamela leads Member Advancement — the ongoing spine of She Leads AI. It runs all the time, is free to Society members, and is what every Academy program connects back to. She facilitates, holds the member relationship, and develops the pipeline that feeds every other program. Cohort 1 launches June 1.

Each agent has a role and a scope in the matriarchal operating system. They route work, surface intelligence, and keep the human team free to lead. Society members work alongside this team — no other AI organization in the women's leadership space offers this.
The Skills Gallery — Certified IP Every Member Uses
Skills are SOPs, pipeline patterns, and practice frameworks — built in Claude Code, maintained in the SLAI Skills Gallery, distributed through programs. Two certified skills come with Society membership at signup. Program participants keep their skills after the cohort ends.
Feminine Leadership, Communication, and Care — An Operating Principle
The agents are designed around care, equity, and matriarchal leadership. They reduce cognitive load so the humans can lead. They don't nag. They don't bottleneck on one person. They surface what needs attention and hold the organization so everyone can breathe.
